There are compiled versions for both the windows and Mac OS X as part of
the emulator, which can be downloaded here: lisaem.sunder.net/downloads.html
You'd fire up a terminal program, then type in lisafsh-tool whatever.DART and when you see the lisafsh-tool prompt, just type in quit and hit enter. Repeat this for all of the disk images.
If you don't want to mess with a command line version, you can start the LisaEm and power on the Lisa, then insert the disks in one by one as DART files, the emulator will automatically convert them to Disk Copy 4.2 versions.
I would imagine that inserting them in backwards order and trying to boot from them would be the way to go, that way they'll be ejected by the Lisa Boot ROM as non-bootable, while still allowing you to convert them to Disk Copy images.
