Well, the Apple II idea would just need one working Twiggy drive, install media, a copy of the ROM from a Lisa 1's Twiggy controller, and schematics of the Lisa 1 I/O board... then, a Twiggy controller could be wired up on a LittleProto or something, and the ROM code modified to run on a II...
