dc42 images are for floppy only.

profile read is something like:

1	ret=fseek(profile_file,block*532,SEEK_SET);
102	IDLE_TRACE("reading block x%x fseek res",ret);
103	errno=0;
104	ret=fread(buf,1,532,profile_file);

that ideFile infos were used to add profile support to Idle.
