you should first check, whether the two shutdown-switches (one behind the front bezel at the left lower corner near the crt, the second built in the psu with a physical contact to the rear bezel) are switched to contact by the little "nose" at the rear of the bezels. Lisa has this safety-switches, which immediately shut down the psu, when one of those two bezels is removed during the Lisa is in operation.
