Hi Jason,

I'm a bit shocked! No, not about you, but about the team or guy, who "invented" the routine of parking the print-head.

What a way to solve a problem by an engineer, whose idea lead to this:

We should all be glad, that this company never invented medical equipment for humans :-)

But apart from that, I'm keen on getting more information about your printer, when you got it repaired. Perhaps you should decide to replace the plastic part, too? It should not be a complex part, when 3D-printing it...
... although, then it's not origin anymore.
