I used double-sided foam tape, cut two discs per key, and stuck them back to back and put the original Mylar discs on the bottom. About 95% of the keys work perfect, but a few of them still have to be pressed hard to work. It might be that I didn't stick the Mylar discs on correctly on those keys.

Also, to follow up on my missing LisaGraph floppy: I got in touch with eBay seller vintagemicros and he sold me a replacement, so I'm good.
