So I've added some code here to convert BLU to LisaEm. I'm not 100% sure
it's correct or not, I've not tested this against multiple BLU images.
I've pushed the code to gitlab. Please ignore the errors compiling
xenpatch.

To build enter this directory: lisafsh-tool-libdc42/src/tools
and then run ./build.sh clean build
Then look in the bin directory for binaries.
I'll probably also add a dc42-to-blu conversion tool at some point too...
