It is a stand-alone program that can boot from 3 1/4" floppy or hard disk and can make block level copies (with tags) of 3" or Twiggy floppies and hard disks. It can also copy the blocks out though serial port B to another computer using the XModem protocol. This is EXTREMELY useful if you have a lot of disks to archive and is the only way I know of archiving Twiggy media at the block level.
