The internal drive is proprietary... it's a parallel drive, just like the ProFile. As far as cards on the bottom of the keyboard, it's just that, these index cards that show you how to use the computer.
On the profile there's the 'ready' like on the front, and another light on the top of the controller board. Does that light ever come on solid?
