lisa emulator how to get bootrom ans os on osx?

hello list,

i downloaded the lisa emulator.
i have a lisa2/10.

i am running OSX 10.4.5 on a PowerMac G4 ( quicksilver 2002)

how do i get the boot ROM and the lisa OS on my Mac OSX hard disk? do i load the lisa floppys via an external usb floppy drive ( can a 1.4M floppy drive read 400k disks?)?
how do i get the bootrom on a floppy?

can someone give some more info as this is not clear at all for me?
