xenix install problems

hello all,

I am trying to install xenix 3.0 on my 2/10 lisa, but there seems to be a problem with the boot disk. /etc/install is not executable. can soeone confirm that this is correct, or send me a image of a boot disk that works?

the funny hting is, looking at the disk with FEdit reveils that /etc/install actually shout have 755 as the rights ( rwx r-xr-x) but it has 644 (rw-r--r--)
