Off the top of my head, I believe the 2/10 motherboard is different than the 2/5 motherboard.
You'll need a 2/10 motherboard to use the 2/10 I/O board. Also the 2/10 I/O board shouldn't be used with the Pepsi card or whatever it's called, but it sometimes does work. Though probably not with the 800k floppy.

The cables on the inside are different too.
