A bit more work last night. The patched boot disk and repaired floppy root file system disk correctly loaded the system on an X/Profile. The IDEfile wasn't recognized at all by the standalone copy command on the boot floppy. I tried using the monitor command through the IDEfile serial port and didn't see any activity at all. I've sent the boot disk image to Patrick to see if he sees the same thing. One thing I thought of on the drive in this morning was if the slot the Profile card was in matters, or if it only will work off of the Widget cable. I did the X/Profile installation through the internal Widget cable.
