hello guys,

now, i have created successfully a boot disk but I seem to be out of luck. The IO Board is dead again.

I tried booting using a good working floppy drive from a plus (i have the 800k rom installed) and nothing, it stuck to the screen where i could only continue with booting from the disk but did not see any disk activity. Meanwhile I got a nasty problem with the image and the CPU board I think.

Both image and CPU board work well with the IO Board from the LISA 2/10 so the IO Board should be the problem source. The simptoms are as follows: i get the normal screen but distorted: gray background the white bar from the top of the screen is present but with some black lines on it somehow horizontal (30 degrees I think) and on the gray screen I get some again some white lines also around 30 degrees from horizontal line.

the white box with cpu, memory, io and expansion boards check is not present at all and the computer hangs here, no "click" no bip, no shut down.

with the other IO Board, everything works fine.

what I already tested: all socketed chips removed from the io board except the cops and I have the same effect, so the error must be from somewhere else, Lite adapter removed during all tests and has no influence whatsoever on the error.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated because I am out of ideas with this nasty board.
