Hi Guys,

In 2009 I found a guy that was making a universal keyboard translator board:

http://www.kbdbabel.org/

I started corresponding with the guy to make a board and the software for the Lisa keyboard, and we talked about being able to use it in both directions (i.e. use a PS/2 keyboard with a Lisa or use a Lisa keyboard with a modern PC, say for use with LisaEm).

He seems to have lost interest but if someone wants to take this up and has the requisite knowledge to create a PC board based on his work, and modify the assembly language to account for the Lisa timing (I’ve got the timing from an o-scope that should suffice), this project is ripe for getting done.

Or perhaps if there is enough interest in buying the competed boards we might spur him to finish the project. It would be a very nice item to have.

Peter
