Lisa 2 repair

Hello!

I have Lisa 2. It worked until last year. When I press the power on button it just blinks and nothing happens. I found a local guy who is electronic engineer and knows how to replace capacitors but is not familiar with Apple computers, so I would need yours suggestions what should I tell him where to look and what to replace.

I would like to replace video electronics as the video is not strong. And the PSU. PSU is 120V 1.2 Amp. Any tips and suggestions are welcome.
