It's a very tiny debugger that works only over the serial port of a Lisa. It fits into a single 512 byte sector, so it doesn't need a boot block.
I used this to run experiments on physical Lisae, such as to exfiltrate ROMs and the serial number (which is stored in the video state ROM) during the time I was writing LisaEm. It was a fun little project way back when.
There's other assorted left over crap along for the ride such as test code and such that I used and an xmodem implementation.
