No, there is no ROM ID; in lieu of a ROM, the Tecmar card had a configuration DIP-switch that is read by software.
As the only effect of changing the switch seemed to be making the board unrecognized, this board has the known-to-work setting pre-set so that existing software will identify it as a Tecmar card. (A DIP-switch can be installed later if desired.)
