Hard drive reformatting and setup

When I boot my Lisa I get an error 84 - assuming the hard drive needs to be reformatted.  

How would you go about reformatting the drive and getting this puppy up and running? I downloaded all of the Lisa software from a web site at:  

http://www.macmothership.com/  

I don't have a Macintosh, but do have access to a program called Mac-in-DOS that I think I could use to format floppies and get the software copied over to them.
