It's very easy. You can unscrew the four screws on the outside of the
power supply case, and separate the case open. You don't have to remove
the power supply PCB from the rest of the case. I'm not sure, but I
don't think it's possible to easily convert a 1.2A from 110 to 220 or
vice versa.
