well some good news I was examining the cpu board and decided to switch the two 2333's that are directly under the processor with the other cpu board. One I took off and it had two bent in pins "who knows why" anyway I put the other chips in and now I get 3 beeps two high and one low. I still do not get a picture but I will mess with the monitor controls and see what I get. I think it was lucky I found that the one looked a bit beat up so I was not sure it was working.
