I have the "possible" format utility. In LisaEM:

Anyway. I am playing with the disk in the real Lisa. I have a few more screen shots but I do not get the above on the real Lisa. I ended up over-buffering the keyboard or something, it then jumped into a terminal like function with a level 7 interrupt after pressing the keys made a very low tone. I tried several commands (guessing) and all I get is "What?".

"t" brings up a "Trace point" (I have a screen shot using iPhone)
"p", "a" and "z" does not return "What?"
"g" clears back to a white screen with keys beeping, which is you
press enough again you get a Level 7 again and any previous commands are back on the screen.

Is this Lisa Term? And if someone has been through this before, let me know!
