The Lisa I/O Board Floppy Disk Controller design uses two 1024 x 4 as operating RAM for the 6504 processor.

This SRAM is also accessible by the 68000 for transferring data to/from the FDC.

The SRAM is low speed (eg. 300ns), and low power and contents are maintained when the Lisa is turned off (as long as standby power is available), so it is also used as the Lisa's PRAM (Parameter RAM).

The SRAM is 2114 or equivalent.
