Grrr... Hit Post too quickly. No way to edit on Google Groups???

At any rate, I left out a point: Rinse the boards thoroughly with cool water after they are removed from the neutralizing bath. I used the dish sprayer in the kitchen sink and blasted things out for a good few minutes on each board.
