You can use the 4k devices for both ProFiles, Widget Servo, Widget Controller and HD20 Controller. On all boards external memory starts at 0x1000. Besides the Z8613, a MME U8840 with mechanical adapter will work, too

Binary images for the controllers are on bitsavers.org, and most of my disassemblies/source code files are there, too.
