Lisa Office System images to floppy via PC?

I have a Lisa 2/10 or rather a Macintosh XL with a 400k floppy drive and the 10 MB Widget drive. I finally got the floppy drive fixed and wanted to install/boot into something other than the workshop that was installed on the Widget HD. Problem is, I have a MacWorks XL 3.0 disk that appears to be corrupt and some Sun Remarketing MacWorks Plus Version 1.1 disks that are 800k and thus are not working on my 400k floppy drive. I saw that The Mothership has images of Lisa Office System, and was wondering if there is a way to write these images onto floppies via a Windows 98 pc rather than a Mac as I don't have any Macs any more.
