Hi,

This Calendar program was interesting, I recall seeing it long ago. It was one of the few Lisa programs that really ran under the Lisa Office System due to it being developed using the Lisa Toolkit which provided an object oriented framework (Application Base classes) and language (Clascal - Classes for Pascal).

The Toolkit was quite advanced for its day and Apple used this as the base for its later MacApp (Macintosh Application) framework.

The key person behind the Toolkit and MacApp was Larry Tesler who came from Xerox in around 1980 to Apple, was manager of the Lisa Office System applications (e.g. LisaWrite, LisaDraw), then worked on the Toolkit and MacApp, started the Apple Newton project and became Apple's Chief Scientist for many years.
