Thanks, all.
I managed to make disk images of most of them using BLU. There were a few that BLU couldn’t copy, and I had trouble with the same disks when trying to use Disk Copy in Macworks and on a real 512k. It took using a PowerBook G3 with a fairly new disk drive to make images of the problematic disks.
Long story short, all of my original disks are un-serialized. I was able to install LOS 2.0 and all applications from the images without issue.
Thanks again for all the help!
