ProFile - low level format ROM?

I have received a request for info on low level formatting of ProFiles for someone in Australia.

Does anyone here know of a facility or someone with a ProFile low-level-format ROM in Australia?

Or, does anyone here know where we can get an image of the low-level-format ROM? Thanks,
