Concerning the Stanford archive of Apple materials:

I don't know the status, of this archive but suspect Apple Computer Inc. owns it and Stanford is just a caretaker.

I have scanned other Apple info in the past and provided copies to others (e.g. my 2 Lisa Info CDs contain lots of scanned Apple info). Legally, I may be wrong providing such info, but I seriously don't think anyone at Apple cares about stuff like this. I've even sent some info to Apple's Library in the past which mentioned Apple matierals I have and which were confidential, but no one seemed to care.

I also have a feeling that Apple would have a hard time finding specific Lisa info these days since most of the Lisa's technology seems to have not been documented in the first place, and a lot of Lisa stuff was discarded long ago. For example, I dought Apple could find the source code to the Lisa Office System (which I think is a real shame since I would love to see this source). Even Larry Rosenstein, who worked on the Lisa Toolkit and the Lisa-to-Macintosh migration kit program, I believe does not have his sources any more (he has the TK in PDF format since I sent him a copy last year).
