error 23 on lisa2/10

there is no floppy in the drive , the HD is an Apple widget drive10M floppy drive is 400 k SONY
the lisa has 2 ram boards of 512 k each
all diagnode tests are ok. all boards are ok , no corrosion etc...

the rom version is H/88

the floppy drive makes no noise. the HD spins , the green light of the drive flashes...

is there a way to 'repair' this error so i can boot again?

is there a place where i can download a bootable floppy image? is there a place where i can download a complete lisaOS ( which lisaOS works best on a lisa2/10?, i am unable to determine which OS is installed)
